Sonyliv — I am not able to watch live world cup match

I just realized (June 23, 2018) that i am not able to watch live matches even after getting a premium subscription. I am getting a 5 mins delays match which are for free users.
There is a link for live match but if i click on the link the link is not working, i am getting a blank screen.

Resolve my problem fast as i had taken the subscription for fifa matches itself.

Suddenly my I was unable to sign in to my account even though i have subscribed and gained access to premium account, and was not allowed to watch live game. It will very helpful if i was told as early as possible as what is the problem with my account...
