Sonyliv — subscription auto renewal cancellation | |||
I had subscribed to sonyliv in november through my paytm account just for a month. Now, they have been debiting 49/- from my account since last 3 months without my permission. I have written mails to [protected]@setindia.com numerous times to no avail. They even falsely replied once that the subscription has been cancelled but the amount continues to be debited incessantly. This is absolutely preposterous service. I had subscribed to sonyliv in 27 oct. 2020 through my paytm account [protected] just for a month. NOW THEY HAV BEEN DEBITING 699/- from my account since last 6 day without my permission. I have received SMS cancel your subscription renewal on april 2021. So please refund my account immediately

Just cancel the subscription and the auto renewal stops by itself.
