Sonyliv — subscription auto renewal cancellation

I had subscribed to sonyliv in november through my paytm account just for a month. Now, they have been debiting 49/- from my account since last 3 months without my permission. I have written mails to [protected]@setindia.com numerous times to no avail. They even falsely replied once that the subscription has been cancelled but the amount continues to be debited incessantly.
This is absolutely preposterous service. Please cancel my automatic renewal immediately.

I had subscribed to sonyliv in 27 oct. 2020 through my paytm account [protected] just for a month. NOW THEY HAV BEEN DEBITING 699/- from my account since last 6 day without my permission. I have received SMS cancel your subscription renewal on april 2021. So please refund my account immediately

Just cancel the subscription and the auto renewal stops by itself.
