My xa had a very tiny dead/stuck pixel on the right side of the nav keys which was only visible on white background. There were few days left to my warranty, so i visited local service centre where they told me that they will check the device and see if they could replace the screen. They gave me receipt but it didn't mentioned the "job sheet number" (As it was my first time to submit a phone in sony service centre, so i wasn't familiar about it) and they told me that it would take a week. After the week passed, i directly called the customer care to check the status of my device and they asked for the job sheet number which was not given to me, so the customer care told me to contact local service centre to get the number. So i called the service centre and asked for job sheet number, but they said that "the job sheet number is not being generated for everyone" which after researching, it was a lame excuse. So i got the call from service centre on jan 29 that my phone is ready to pick. When i enquired what was the problem? They said, "the motherboard, charging port and display has been replaced" (Ok i understand why display was replaced, but why the heck was motherboard and charging port replaced?).

When i picked the device i was shocked. The condition of the device was so bad that i had a feeling that this can't be my device. The metallic sides were scratched so bad (Very deep scratches) and the entire back panel had deep scratches and it had marks of fingers like the device was being used without back cover or any protection for very long. The same case was with camera lens, it was badly scratched as well.
When enquired about the bad condition, we had an argument, after which he changed the metallic sides and said that they don't have back panel and camera lens available rightnow and agreed to get it it fixed.
When i reached home i tried to insert the sim card and when i pulled the sim tray (Simcard holder), it was cracked. The thing that shocked me was that this wasn't the simtray my phone had, because my simtray had a little mark on it, which it didn't have.

On jan 2nd, the guy at service centre informed me to get backcover replaced as it arrived today and after reaching there, i told him to pull off the back cover in front of me (I had already watched a video "how to dessemble xa" on youtube). So when he pulled the back cover off, i saw there was no "copper layer on board" which is supposed to reduce heat from chips and i was shocked to see the "dents" on the motherboard, the question is if they replaced the motherboard with new one why does it has repair traces?. So it's clear that the service centre guy just replaced my new phone with old one and and after emails, calls and visiting service centre again and again (Even though it's around 40 kms away from my home), neither sony nor service centre is helping me.

From 2 to 3 days my device stutters (Lags) while scrolling webpages and viewing pictures in album, which i'm definitely sure that it didn't happen before.

Sorry it's 2ND FEBRUARY NOT 2nd JANUARY when the guy at service centre informed me about the arrival of back cover.

The service centre is at ABI GUZAR, SRINAGAR, JAMMU AND KASHMIR named as OHI ENTERPRISES.

    I am nuy this product by sarvoday sales corporation bying 02 feb 2018 and delivery 03 feb 2018very great but company boy (Man) without permision comeing and direct installing and fiting and not movieable stand installing already avabile in my home already purchase 02 feb 2018 direct.

    Tv seeting i am not satisfid.

    Pl showl this probleam.

    till date not call and not shoal complaint
    We purchased Sony LED W80D TV in Oct 2016 i.e just 15 months back.
    Now we got panel issue and please charify how can I get this repaired .

    This is horrible and bad experience with sony as we paid around 75, 000 for this TV.

    Please help.

      Hello sir,

      I am having issue in sony tv panel. There is a dust in a panel, i have reported complaint to sony 4 months back and still its not resolved.
      One month back they came with new panel but in that panel as well dust was present.

      I am not at all happy with customer service.
      Tv is in warranty, help me what should i do. I am planning to go consumer court.

        I bought a camcorder worth rs 2, 45, 000 and within a year it got repaired three times. I had submitted my camera to kg electronics on 18.12.2017, but after that, the same problem occurred due to which i cant take my function fully. Since it is not working properly i asked for a replaced new camera, but they are not ready to give. Its a huge amount for me so please take necessary action. Having a product worth of 2, 45, 000 and still i cant take my function means what is the use of having that. I bought a camera from savathri photo house, coimbatore, and when i told them about this they told that it's not their problem, you have to go to sony service center.

          Hii, i'm shailesh above my camera slot1 memory intermittent unable to read memory card re insert memory card msg. Showing and not working the camera. Then i'm giving to sony service centre of worli (Orbit electronic) on dated 5/1/18 and delivered to mi on 20/1/18. Bt same problem is arising to mi current wedding. Its very difficult position for mi in wedding season to take rent basis on another canon cameras. I hope u slove this asap. (Job no. J80051590, serial no.5670022). Really i'm not satisfied on ur service on ur big brand.

            I bought the headphone 1 year back and now my power switch button (Rubber) has been missed out and i have contacted the sony service center and they are refusing to take the product and saying that it can't be fixed need help i bought this product since i had good expectation in sony and the situation now i am facing is pathetic.

              A/m is my complaint no of sony bravia led tv. Screen went blank in just one year and had to be replaced as per the auth servicing center start electronics. It's been long time they are unable to procure the screen or give any satisfaction and... So costly tv and such a pathatic service... Never ever but any sony product. I ll soon laudge complaint on pg portal also

                Sony x8200e 4k hdr android tv purchase in end of october 2017 from kumar agency, ramgarh, jharkhand. Normally its display looking clear but when torch light has reflect in its display scratches show clearly.in this regard we contact its agency manager but they are not give any response. This scratch is the complete from sony tv company side. Due to i want to change this tv. So take needful action within 10 days.

                  I had purchased a sony bravia 40 inch tv
                  2 years & 2 month before and just after a week i observed that the screen mirroring feature had stopped working. I had complained for it on 27/01/2018. They said that the mechanic will be send to your home within 24 hours for repairing. We waited for the mechanic for 48 hrs after when he didn't came, we again went to the showroom to complain. We again complained on 29/01/2018. They again said that the mechanic will reach your home within 24 hours. This is the response that you provide to your customer??

                    How long do we have to wait for a response from your side?
                    Is it going to take another 1 more month?
                    Everyday we are calling the service center in adyar and no one is giving us the status of our phone and it is been lying there since nearly 50 days.
                    When we try to reach karthik’s number, it is been says not reachable or busy.
                    No one is answering our call even.
                    Kindly let us know the status of our phone or else we will take the required legal action.
                    We do not want to waste anymore time and keep ur phone in the service center anymore like this.
                    We even enquired in the other branch of sony service center of coimbatore where we bought it from, they said that even when they spoke to karthik, he is not explaining the issue, he is just telling rubbish, the other service center staffs told us that we should have not kept the phone with service center because they create scratch, tends and then tell us no service within warranty can be done.
                    Kindly do not waste our time and money like this, we are also working people and you guys are stressing our mind.
                    Tell me if you can solve the issue of our brand new phone, or else let me take legal action. We do not want to wait and waste our time anymore.

                    Authorized person, kindly take action on this for your reputation and do not spoil the name of Sony’s brand
                    We had a very pathetic experience with the service center. Wish no one go through the same as we did.
                    After spending 15, 000 rupees for a brand new phone from sony, I had used the phone for 1 single day, next day the phone was going off by its own we and immediately took it to the Adyar, Chennai, sony service center to repair it as it was brand new phone. They had given us back after a week saying it has been resolved, we happened to see a scratch also when they returned it to us, but as our priority was to get the phone repaired, we just did not bother about anything else as the scratch was small. Next day, again the phone went off while using and again I had to go to the same service center.
                    Now they are saying that I have to pay extra for the issue the phone had since I had bought it and they wont provide me warranty it seems. How bad and unprofessional are the people working in a sony service center can be??Is this is for what we purchase a brand new phone??better was to get a cheap or secondhand phone right?
                    So pathetic, it’s not just the matter of money, it’s a matter of the time and trust we had on the sony customer service and product that we lost when we had this sort of bad experience from stupid and unprofessional staffs in sony center.I had taken loan to by this phone as I was not able to afford that much and now they are saying like this.
                    Karthik, staff in the sony center who has promised us to resolve the issue gave us our brand new phone with a scratch on it without resolving the issue that we had with the phone going off by its own. Now it is lying in the service center with them since more than 50 days . They never answer the call when we call them for the update.
                    Another lady in the store, who sits at the reception, was behaving so rude and unprofessional when we went and called. Always poor response and unprofessional behavior from the staff named Karthik and Receptionist lady Thilaka. If they do not want to work then please ask them to sit at home instead of fooling us and wasting our valuable time by making us call and go to the store many times .Such a painful experience we never had with any of other brand or staffs I feel.
                    Please do not stress us like this. We are also working people and do not have time to spent time and money like his .Sony mobile and service center is pathetic.

                      Had given my sony laptop for service on 23 jan 2018 to first choice computers, section office bus stop, anna nagar, madurai 20.                         I brought a kd-43x8200e\b (07ledtv) on[protected]. And i brought ht-iv300 (08dav) on18-01-18. When i fix with the service person arc port was not working in tv and the tv remote also not working.
                        I already post a complaint. Still i can't use the tv. How can come like this in a box piece.
                        I can't believe.
                        I always trust in sony. It is no:1 in world wide. So kindly replace me a new and with out complaint tv as soon as possible.

                          Dear sony,

                          My tv is not working, and i complain on 15th nov 2017. It's been 2.5 months but there is no proper response from your local authorised service centre.

                          Firstly your technician mr. Vimal said that he will check the spares and he will get back to us regarding spares availability and estimate cost. We always follow vimal for his feedback but in vain. Finally, we contacted sony service centre as well as the local service centre. They said my spare is not yet approved.

                          Now my spares are approved but till now no response from service centre.

                          Kindly look after my complaint as mentioned in subject.

                            Sabko ullu bana ke paisa banate h bus. Hamare paise ki koi value nahi h enke liye. Ye log service dene ke liye to rent lete hi h jab service nahi rahti h tab ka rent lete h pablic se aur hum etne mahan h ki de bhi dete h. Bina service ke bhi rent aur bina service diye pement late kiya to penalty bhi late pement ka. Had h bhai log kisi ko samjha ki nahi maine kya bola?

                              Hello sir/ma’am!
                              This is me shreya i have a very serious complaint about the show yeh un dino ki baat hai, sir please change the timing of the show as it is badly effecting the trp of the channel! First time on sony a show has come up with such a different concept and story and the problem is just that the show’s timing which is badly effecting the trp! Actually the problem is that the show is telecasted on late night 10:30 and in many homes generally no one is allowed to watch television after 9:30 - 10 there are certain restrictions and the reapeated telecasts is at 9:30 am wherein most of the college going people are forced to watch online! Please help us!

                              I had been enjoying to watch such a beautiful concept on TV screen bt these days "ye un Dino ki baat hai" going too slow to tolerate. Even sometime I feel it is going on random direction without any proper concept. If you are really wanted to make some good then pls avoid stretching a single concept over a week. Sometimes it bombards with some illogical concept to our minds. If it's not going on proper way then pls let all of them grew to young to make some effective appearance.
                              I had been enjoying to watch such a beautiful concept on TV screen but these days "ye un Dino ki baat hai showing night scenes STUPID IT LOOKS
                              This is to bring to your notice that the repeat telecast of the program In dinon ki baat displays at 1:30 am (late night) and whenever I awake to watch the episode some other program (crime petrol) comes on air. I feel like cheated. Attached is the screenshot for the reference.

                                Hi sony india.. I have been struggling with sony service centre, bangalore to get my tv fixed. The level of service centre is much below the sony brand name. The complaint was raised 2 weeks back on 12th jan 2018 (Req id[protected] and was assigned to sony service center, indiranagar. To my surprise there was no initiative taken by the center to coordinate and after making multiple calls, the service representative came to look into the issue and told display panel need to be replaced. He said it will take 3-4 days to get the part fixed. Again no one bothered to update for next 6 days, and on calling multiple times i was told part has arrived and they will fix it sooner. But didn't tell the exact window when they will visit my home. After couple of days, sony service agent called me post afternoon that he is coming to fix the part in an hour. As it was not coordinated well and i asked him to come next day at 12 pm which he agreed to do. Next day i kept on waiting for the service guy, called him more than 10 times. Finally he picked the call to say he can't serve today as vehicle broke down which sounded like a childish reason for service center of such a big brand. I called up the service center manager to find a way out, then manager said it will get fixed tomorrow (25-jan) at any cost. I have the recording for all the conversations. But as usual no response so far. I am extremely frustrated with such a bad service by world class brand. This is not a professional way, even local tv brands serve better. Please let me know what is the escalation mechanism.

                                  Last 2 or 3 days i lot of itreted because shopkeeper and head officer's behavior very bad.. I totally disappointe.

                                    I had purchased sony bravia led klv 32r482b in 2015. The tv had occurred display problem in 2017. So i took the tv to sony authorise service centre at itanagar for repairing. They told me that product of my tv model has stopped but replacement could possible and they demanded 19000/- so i paid it. But the replacement tv i got is not 32 inch but 28 inch. Where to complain so that i get 32 inch as was mine.

                                      Appalled to your services, I have given my Sony Xperia to Neosa Electronics P Ltd, S P Mukherjee Rd, Kolkata-700026 as it was facing sudden death issue, for which the service centre told me that the device need for battery replacement and for which Rs. 1400 may be the expenditure and accordingly I have given approval to complete the job. But 22 days has been passed till date I have not got my device back.Whenever I call to the call centre and the local service centre every time they say that they have placed the order for battery the same has not arrived. My family prefer sony products for a long time and having list of items at home like Tv, camera other phone etc, and we never had to go for service centre and this is the 1st time we had to go, After experiencing this sort of service we are seriously thinking of our future brand.

                                        Sir, we have purchased led tv model no. Kd-43x8200e on 08-06-17 serial no. 3002079. From the day one we are facing problems withvthis tv. Already two times we have services this tv in sony's authirised service centre. Again on 19-01-18 recurrent problem (No power, reboot problem) occoured in the tv.

                                        Service personnel informed that the ba board to be replaced. (Service card attached). We are done with the frequent problems and it is giving us mental torture that having spend so much money on japanese sony tv and still suffering the same fate of cheap chinese products.

                                        I hereby humbly request you to replace the defective product immediately and give us the peace of mind. Your immediate reply is deeply appreciated.
