Authorized person, kindly take action on this for your reputation and do not spoil the name of Sony’s brand
We had a very pathetic experience with the service center. Wish no one go through the same as we did.
After spending 15, 000 rupees for a brand new phone from sony, I had used the phone for 1 single day, next day the phone was going off by its own we and immediately took it to the Adyar, Chennai, sony service center to repair it as it was brand new phone. They had given us back after a week saying it has been resolved, we happened to see a scratch also when they returned it to us, but as our priority was to get the phone repaired, we just did not bother about anything else as the scratch was small. Next day, again the phone went off while using and again I had to go to the same service center.
Now they are saying that I have to pay extra for the issue the phone had since I had bought it and they wont provide me warranty it seems. How bad and unprofessional are the people working in a sony service center can be??Is this is for what we purchase a brand new phone??better was to get a cheap or secondhand phone right?
So pathetic, it’s not just the matter of money, it’s a matter of the time and trust we had on the sony customer service and product that we lost when we had this sort of bad experience from stupid and unprofessional staffs in sony center.I had taken loan to by this phone as I was not able to afford that much and now they are saying like this.
Karthik, staff in the sony center who has promised us to resolve the issue gave us our brand new phone with a scratch on it without resolving the issue that we had with the phone going off by its own. Now it is lying in the service center with them since more than 50 days . They never answer the call when we call them for the update.
Another lady in the store, who sits at the reception, was behaving so rude and unprofessional when we went and called. Always poor response and unprofessional behavior from the staff named Karthik and Receptionist lady Thilaka. If they do not want to work then please ask them to sit at home instead of fooling us and wasting our valuable time by making us call and go to the store many times .Such a painful experience we never had with any of other brand or staffs I feel.
Please do not stress us like this. We are also working people and do not have time to spent time and money like his .Sony mobile and service center is pathetic.
