South Eastern Railway — Excessive time to cross Tikiapara to Howrah | |||
Our amazing South Eastern EMU local trains take near about 25min or more in average to cover a distance hardly 2 kilometres from Tikiyapara Station to Howrah in both ways. Sometimes it could take more than 45 min to cross the distance. Every day thousands of daily passengers travel in this route with miserable experience. Due to this, actual arrival and departure times do not match anyway with the published railway time table and causes purchasing timetable is also a bad investment for all passengers. Can we expect from concern railway officials to take necessary action to solve this problem and provide us a time reliable service for what we are paying money to railway every day.
