Southern Railway — Private vehicles obstructing passengers' pathway

Everyday this private van coming to unload water bottles etc for the shops inside the station is being parked on the pathway meant for passengers' entry and exit at the northern side near two wheeler parking area of Mambalam railway station on West Mambalam side, without even any gap for passengers to walk. Passengers entering the platform 1A and exiting are facing great inconvenience. Also a police bike is perennially parked on this path. I request the authorities to take immediate action for the benefit of commuters

Updated by Freelancer66 There is a huge cable which is kept open and going across the steps meant for passengers to climb the platform 1A of Mambalam railway station at West Mambalam side near two wheeler parking. Due to this there is great incovenience for the commuters to climb down the steps, especially for elderly people. Commuters are liable to fall down due to stumbling caused by this large cable, unless they place their steps cautiously. I request the authorities to cover this cable properly by altering the steps. Please take action as early as possible- MK.
