Sir our internet connection validity expired on 29 aug 2017 and there is no intimation from your side for the renewal of the same.

Due to this reasons we had not made the payment. Kindly renew it for 1, months and inform us charges so that we will do the online payment.

    I would like lodge official complaint against them! Fraud company! Usually internet went off twice a week without any message!
    And they don't give any extension and they only say engineer will come to your place but they never come!
    Now my internet is off from last 3 days 28th aug 2017
    I called on their number 100s of time no reply even called their engineer still no reply from him too!
    Please take action against

      I have register 4-5 complaints for the wifi is not working properly & have to change the password too!!!...

      Still engineer is not visited at my place and i'm not able to contact on this no +[protected] it's showing busy how can i contact the customer care

        We have many problems from spark net
        We get evey weekend internet connectivity problems
        When i call in customer care, call automatic disconnect after 10 second.

        I trying call to customers cars last 3-4 days but we can't talk with thwm.

        They give us 3 customers care number.
        1 number is wrong number and 2 number is not reachable... Or disconnected

          Worst internet connection ever... Customer support of spark is worse than their internet connection... I have 2 years plan with them and after a year, internet connection is stopped... I am facing issue from last 15 days... After long hours of spending right number and getting to their support person, complaint got registered but not solved till the date.. They are not at all bothered about their customers and urgencies... This is not the first time, i am facing issue... Their net connection is down 90% time... There should be complaint fire against them... Worst broadband provider...

            This service provider spark broadband has taken money for the full year to provide internet to our building eden hall, dr a besant rd, worli, mumbai.

            Their internet is down 85% of the time and always on the weekends. Whenever we call to complain we are always told that the whole area internet is down, or some cable has been cut. They never inform us when services will be disrupted. We can never speak to a manager/ supervisor and really are at their mercy. They never refund our money for any loss that we incur. I don't know what else to do. Plse do help.

              I neelam steel, having mobil no.[protected]., would like to stay that i have given a complaint on 20th april 2017, regarding internet not working, the problem where that the wire have a cut out at some places, because of that internet was not working, they have receified the error on 30 th april 2017, by going the wires as they aftes have 2 cut out, they receified the error, but on 1st may 2017, my internet was not working, i given the complainted, near after 2 day it was retified, against another day same problems, today on 30th may 2017, i may have given them more than 30 complaint about internet not working, but they are not interest to give solved the problem, each and every time they will said our engineers will solve the problem, in a day internet will work for 2 to 4 hour and after that my internet will be not working

                Hello sir,
                My name sunil jain and i m user of spark broadband form dec 2016 and i have complain almost 20-25 times for internet, they solve the problem on 8-10 days form complain date. Almost till now 2 months of my internet are waste form 6 months. They are taking advance and after payment no service. And their is no positive response form when we call customer care
                Ur executive told that u will get extention period for when ur internet is not working no response .even want to renewal our service by online ur site is not working

                  Internet is not working for more than 10 days. Everyday we call the customer care they have different excuses everyday. Finally talked to a technical suppory as they say that guy did not even know the internet is not working for such a long time. He said already a tech visited the previous day which was not true as our whole family was there at home the whole day. It's been another 3 days when the tech said engineer will visit which we are still waiting. Now the xust cust support number does not work at all.

                    Sir after 2 month my internet speed very slow please solve my internet speed problem because i recharge 6 month​ plan 10 mbps speed and your distributer give me only 2 mbps this is chet this fraud please solve my problems other wise give my payment so i purchase other company connection...

                      We are using spark broadband since last 8 months, it is very poor connectivity of internet, so many times due to some problem internet is not running a whole day, when we ask to spark people they are respond properly, while doing registration spark people give so many assurance for the connectivity but after registration they have just forget to give a proper service, what the hell this people doing business, we all users ask government to ban their service,

                        I have been their customer for more than 2 years but now they dont answer calls, do not revert to emails. They have not renewed my internet service for last 2 weeks despite of repeated follow ups.

                        Their local contact person says to switch to other service provider through him to enable him to get commission:

                          We are facing dis connectivity since last Sunday 16th April 2017. We have logged several complains for the same i.e CS292377, CK292914. I even tried talking to spark broadband office but no result.
                          Earlier also my ac was disconnected for around 15 days. i mailed u the details but no reply. My complain no. are 283659, 284667, 286167.
                          Now finally i have decided to quit with spark broadband n i want refund for my balance pending month. please provide me to the earliest or i will log complain with consumer court.

                          this is the last n final warning...

                            I paid them 15 months advanced charges for broadband internet service & they were very polite when i was about to make payments. They personally visited me within 30 minutes when i called at very first time for query about new connection.

                            After payment, they (Engineer, local office person) just started to ignore calls and never solved my issues. Always had to call their customer support call centre and they just always make false statement every time i call them. Sometimes one executive used to say that sorry sir, please don't worry our engineer will come tomorrow 100%. But next day no resolution & no visit. Then when i call them again, another executive told sir, now tomorrow will surely solve you issues, we promise. Again same and no visit. No connection at my side till 10-15 days every time i faced this frustration.

                            Now, in recent case, since 09th april, 2017 (Ticket no. Cr292064), i am requesting customer support by calling daily, but they say tomorrow will surely solve your issues sir., every executive daily provide different reasons, some executive will tell you that engineer is on holiday, some will told that engineer was busy, some will say that the problem already solved and engineer visited already.. But when i called them again and another executive attended call, she told that engineer not visited yet and problem will solve only after a engineer visits your place and i don't sir when he will visit because we have only 1 engineer for service and his health is not well. It shows that they have uneducated staffs at cheap salaries and they teach them to misguide customers by giving false commitment. Because they know customer will call 2-3 times and will not call once frustrated by them.

                            This is how i am now highly frustrated with them & i want refund and recovery of my business losses from them due to their irresponsible service and support. Its now 10 days since i am not able to access internet connection. And still they say that problem is unknown since engineer is still not visited.

                            I am attaching screenshot of complaint status and calls proof which i made to them this month. Status showing is still in progress now after 10 days.

                            Please don't subscribe to spark broadband at any area even if they give you any type of guarantee. You will just disappointed after making payment. Please please teach them a lesson that how to handle a internet service & customer should be treated for what they have paid. Never give false commitment and statement to customers because customer comes with faith in heart that will be treated well. But they simply break trust.

                            Please help me and provide support in this regards. Also aware other clients, so innocent people will not trapped by spending their hard earned money.

                              From last 3 to 4 days the internet does not work during night time. After 12. o'clock the power supply provider switches off the main power box's power supply because of which the internet does not work during night time and we are unable to send important mails or messages as we like to do our work in the night. We are paying you the fees and we are not getting satisfy results. Kindly look into the matter

                                This is the worst Internet provider ever.The customer care is sending an engineer Down to my place since the last one week to sort my Wi-Fi router issue.
                                But he hasn't yet reached!!!
                                And this is the worst service I have come across because it doesn't seem to exist at all.
                                Can u send an engineer or at least send ua contact number of your engineering department to sort my Wi-Fi issue?????

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I have registered for spark broadband internet connection on 18th March 2016 for 6 months plan.

                                  I have paid 3200 (500 installation charges + 2700 plan charges) in cash to Surendra Mishra (+91-[protected]).

                                  He promised me that installation will be done by 25th March 2016 but it is not done.

                                  Therefore i have cancelled it and asked for refund.

                                  I was told by customer care of spark broadband that you will receive your refund in 3 months but i have not received my money till date.


                                  My complaint ticket numbers: CA183211, CA183524, CA183925, CA1187022, mn188269, C2188279, C2188279, C1187022.

                                  Please let me know my refund status else I will file a case in consumer forum.

                                    I have face problem from last two month and contact my spark authorized distributer but they are unable to solve my problem and

                                    Now they don't answer my call
                                    They will come only collect advance cheque for 6 month

                                    Last time when they come for resolve my problem they do nothing just chek speed test and show the result but i was not able to make a single video call on skype

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I am facing continuous disconnection of internet from spark broadband services.

                                      My plan is for 1year 2gb 10mbps speed for Rs6000/-. I'm facing this problem Sean's i renew my internet service. I have raise complaint several times but their customer care executive always reply that due to power cut your service is disconnected. This happen in 2 weeks of every month since i use this service for this year. Also my speed is 2gb 10mbps per month after 2gb speed is 1mbps but my service provider give me spped only 15kbps. This was checked by one of their engineer when they visit at our home for wire problem. Every time I called to customers service but they reply us as your service is start after 1-2 hrs. But it takes 2 days for resolution however their isuue resolution TAT is 24hrs. And I'm continuously facing this problem in every month and after evry 2 weeks.

                                        One of the worst internet provider company. They made me paid twice the amount by stating they have not received the payment.

                                        Customer care Representative and Team Leader [censored]al accepted that she had received the payment and will auto renew my account as a settlement.

                                        But they have failed to do that as well.

                                        On 16th July 2016 i had done a double payment and till date they have neither refunded nor renewed my account.

                                        I have been discussing since August regarding my double payment issue to Khayati [censored]al, Shan Mahboob and Jafar, sanjay dubey, rajan regarding to this issue.

                                        Somebody please help me.
