This internet service provider is one of the most pathetic in Mumbai. I've used 2 other ISP services and Sparks is the worst of all. The internet speed is never constant and j keeps fluctuating. Connection disconnects often atleast twice a week for more an hour. The call center executives are unprofessional that never can answer what's wrong with the service. They always give one of the 2 reasons that is there's a power cable cut or there's a replacement with fibre cable. There have been times when my internet was disconnected for more than 24 hours and have never got an extension in my subscription although according to the company policy if the service is down for more than 24 hours the consumer is entitled for an extension in subscription of the number of days loss of service. I would never recommend this company internet services.

There Is frequent disruption of service on daily basis. And i need to call up customer care or local service provider at Vashi branch where Den is the service provider.

They purposely disconnecting the internet and harassing us.

This is going for long time and no one is bother to look into.

Their only motto is to earn money & fool people.

I took connection from spark net. It was working good for some days and on one fine day it stopped working, I called them and asked reason for same they said that some switch got burnt and as it was late evening they wont replace it that day. Even after 2 days they didnt change. When I called them said I busy dont cal me. The other person switched off his phone when I ringed him. This is not way to treat customer after taking so much of money

I am your customer for over 3 years and now I have decided to terminate my relationship with you guys because of your pathetic customer service.

My internet is not working from last 10 days and no one bothers to do anything about it, complains have been raised and no actions have been taken.

You guys don't care about your customers, all you want is MONEY, if some wants a new connection you guys will run to their door steps, but when it comes to fixing someone's technical issues you guys are the laziest.


I have decided to quit you guys, and trust me I will spread this bad publicity where ever I go, I will put in on FB, tweeter etc.

I got message that your complaint is resolved. i would like to ask on witch basis you resolved the complaint (cs218422 and ca215780) without solving the issue.

I have attached the photos please look into this, i complained on 24th june 2016 and today is 20th july, since the complained is not solved and you are releasing the complaint. what's make the seance.

I am going complaint against your organisation (spark broadband). and mr. sajid is saying that he didnt received box from upper level i. e. higher member's, it will take 2 day's since 24th june he is giving such excuses.

Without resolving issue how you can send sms to customer that your issue is resolved. we pay your service not for your excuses

Worst Internet & Worst Service.
The ISP helps you to experience one of the worst services you will ever see. The internet faces downtime almost every alternate day. The customer care works like a govt. office and is not easily reachable. They take complaints which are never resolved by the technicians coz the tech ppl never show up and then you receive a msg that your complaint is resolved. They don't even have a track of your Complaints.
They have stuck "Unlimited Internet" posters all over south Mumbai. The sales number works very fine before you book the connection. But as soon your cheque is cleared all the numbers are permanently disconnected.
Please beware before taking such a service.

I am Priyanka Thakur and [protected] is my registered phone number with spark broadband network. The internet service it is providing is pathetic. The internet goes off for hours (12hr+) and when you call the customer service they say it will take 2hrs to resume as they are facing technical issues. This is twice or thrice every week and it has been over a month now. The customer service has no response to this and when asked about what is wrong they will just say we will fix it soon. Also the service is so bad that the engineer came to fix my router even though there was no problem with the router but with the network and the engineer came 3 days after the complaint was made. This is the worst internet connection I've ever experienced. If this does not get fixed soon I will have to file a I myself am an engineer ans with consumer court and cancel my service. I am serious about filing a case against Spark as this is the worst experience of my life and I have lost money in the NSE because of this. So I hope this is the last time I have to complaint or I will cancel my service and file a case.

I would like to share my experience with spark broadband internet service provider. I am a resident of mumbai and two months back i subscribed to internet services of spark broadband. The company does not has much customers in my locality but still they were ready to setup and start.

The service worked fine as promised for the first month but from second month i started facing issues. I found out that firstly they had not setup their dedicated boxes on my terrace building and illegally plugged in their devices into the boxes setup by other service provider. As soon as the other service provider found out this, they removed all the connections that were setup by spark broadband's people. That marked the beginning of my trouble. Post that spark broadband was unsuccessful in setting up their own box for atleast a week. After they managed to do so, the service did resume but for brief amount of time. Post that there were frequent disconnects and unavailability.

It has been two weeks that i have been without internet and this is impacting me and my father's buisness as he works from home and has dependency on internet service for his business.

The pain that i have faced is:
1. There is no clear accountability of work by spark broadband. Everytime i try to contact their officials, i do not get a response. I have to daily log a complaint in their customer care number which does not work most of the time.
2. I have sent multiple emails to them about the issue but i do not get a response from them. They have stated on their website that we can use the email id for addressing any issues but that seems to be not the case.
3. Their officials are the most unprofessional people i have ever come across. They don't respond to calls. If they do, the only answer they give is they are on leave. Whoever comes at my place for resolving my problem does not has clear idea on how to solve it. They take close to 3-4 hours atleast to fix it.

I have asked them multiple times to refund me the amount and remove their connection from my building so that i can approach some better and professional service provider for the same but haven't heard back from them. Can this post of mine help me in that?

Spark broadband was my internet service provider. I renewed my account in the month of Feb for 4 months and paid them a total of around 1395. However from the 18th of Feb the internet stopped working. When I enquired about this, the officials from Spark broadband had informed that there was an issue between them and the local operator and thus they would not be providing Internet in our area. They also informed that a refund will be processed in 7 days. I waited but there was no refund. On the 11th of March Spark broadband asked me to email them about this, which I did and I followed up regularly about the refund but the officials only kept giving me false promises and did not refund the amount even till today. I emailed them and also got a reply that it will be done in 7 working days but tilll today nothing happened. It's been over 3 months but no refund at all. I have attached the complaints that I have raised. And also an image that proves I have not been using the internet post 18th Feb 2016. Please help me get my money back from this pathetic service provider.

I have paid Rs.3200 for new connection at my home before 4 months and they are not able to give me new connection in my building. I'm following them for my refund Rs 3200 since last four month.

Previously I put a complaint on same site and One guy of spark broadband was following me for refund. But after 2-3 days he didn't take my call. Name is that guys of spark broadband : Atulshree - Mob. [protected]

As per my experience Spark Broadband is a very very responsible company about net services and customer supports. Before getting new connection of Spark Broadband please check properly his services are good in your areas.

I have paid Rs 3200 for new connection of internet broadband of Spark Broadband. Spark broadband's executive(Mr. Surendra Mishra) came at my home and taken Rs 3200 and fill the form for new connect of internet service of 3 months services. He was telling that you will get installation in next 2-3 working days.

Till one week, I did not get any installation from that side and I called him for regarding my connection. He was telling that we are not able to give you service on your area and we will refund your money.

I'm calling that guy for my refunds since last four month and every day I call to call center also. They are not take any action the same. I went to spark broadband corporate office (Malad). They are telling in next week you will get your cheque on your home address, but i m getting.

I don't know that what they are doing. They are cheating to customer.

Please tell me what I do for getting my money. ...

MY INTERNET SERVICE DOWN FROM 30th DEC 2015 (5 DAYS) Spark Broadband Customer Care No [protected] Not Resolving My Issue. They said they will send the technician, but technician didn't visit from last 5 days. I renewed My 3 Months Plan Dated on 30th Dec 2015, My Service Not Activated. This Internet Service Provider is Very Poor Customer Service. I Know That SPARK BROADBAND MUMBAI will not reply on this complaint, but other people who want to deal with SPARK BROADBAND MUMBAI, they will aware from this poor ISP- SPARK BROADBAND MUMBAI. My net was not working since last 4 day customer care said tec team will resolve but non of tec team calls u last time also i had disconnection and after 22 days they resolved it . its request to everyone who ever using this bloody service dont look at low price internet check ur local provider and take from there this is company i will take my remaining money refund

This should, I assume, the worst broadband service in Mumbai. I booked a connection and it was to be installed in 2 days. It took more than 10 days. There are frequent disconnections. The MAC ID gets reset and services stop. Complaints are not resolved in time. My last complaint is still unresolved and its now about a week. The licence should be revoked. This is an irresponsible company and has lots of deficiency in service. I will complain to the ombudsman.

I registered on 10 August 2015. and they promised to install by 12 August 2015. After a series of calls and complaints, they did installation on 18 August 2015.
But after connection, there is frequent disconnection of internet and the technician dont come even after repeated calls and complaint registration. The customer care is pretty useless as they dont have visibility and only work for salary like bunch of . And neither they trasnfer the call to the Higher Authority.

My company Etravel Online Pvt Ltd had taken Internet connection from SPARK BROADBAND based in Unit No. 28, Ground Floor, Linkway Estate Premises Co-op Society Ltd., New Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai 400064. We have paid all the money necessary for Internet connection and still the services are not provided to us .We have been struggling with the Internet service since almost 10 days and nothing has been resolved . The salesman who sold us the product his name was Mr.Prakash Kadam ([protected]) we have tried calling him also but disconnects our call. Later on customer service if we call which the number is[protected] the agents spoken to are Jhanvi and shraddha out there every time we call they say they will send the technician and nobody has called or visited to resolve our problem .Instead they will laugh when you get angry and complain. This sort of customer service is provided. Till now we have apprx. spent Rs.18, 000 in 3 months and since 10 days we are requesting to get this thing sorted out but nothing has been done . I would like to highlight it as this company is a hoax and taking money from customers and not providing the service as requested . PLEASE NOTE STAY AWAY FROM SPARK BROADBAND SALES PEOPLE OR ANY MARKETING CALL AS THEY ARE TAKING THERE CUSTOMERS ON RIDE AND TAKING MONEY AND THEN THEY DONT PROVIDE THE SERVICE.
