Dear Sir, i am complaining from past 6 months, they are not replying to my emails and everyday internet drops. in ganesh chaturthi internet was off for 8 days, they seems not interested in picking up the calls. after 8 days they said that they were on holiday. very bad service. their office was also closed. they are not replying on[protected] or 'Customer Support Spark Broadband' i need my payment back Was this information helpful? | |||

I have already asked for a refund, but they won't give. Keep saying that internet will resume in '2' hours, and its been days! Fraud company. We should all take legal action.

yes, we should take legal actions. they are not listening to our complaints. we need our refund.
