Spark Broadband — need refund as not getting any kind of service

My registered number is [protected]. Since last 5 days stock market is not working through spark wifi but if i connect with any hotspot it works. This is not for the first time but wifi doesn't work many a times for 5-6 days. There is no kind of service we get even after registering our complain. Your officers do not reply. Its been 4 weeks now my net is not working and no one is responding on toll free no. And also no one at girgaon office to help me out but i couldnt find any one there.
Service is obscure person over there are obscure

Have paid money for full year- I am cheated - Internet not working at all. No one taking any complaints for the same. Don’t understand where to go and what to do???

Hi,

I have register complaint against Spark broadband to police station, request you all to complaint as it they have closed all the offices of south mumbai and ran away with customer money.

Even in my area they have cheated lot of people.

Some how I got a number i.e., [protected] he is telling he is just handling dadar area and disconnection phone everytime.

This is height of frustration.
