Spark Broadband — no internet service

From 28 this aug internet is not working.. Trying to call but not single no is connected and also the office at thakurwad is closed from sunday 27th aug.
Either you people listen and respond to us or else i will file complain against you people for making us fool.
Our work is lacking without internet. How do we work nor you people will give extra days of internet service for the time we have lost our connection.
It's been one week now. You have to reply and stop harassing people around. We are not fools over here.

I am also a user of spark broadband. Did you find solution for your problem. I am too facing same. Have paid 18months money in advance.

Exact same problem, in the same area. Office work gets impacted! Fraudsters!

From last two days no internet service, no answer from helpline, and also local office is also closed from last two days. so please give us correct picture of your problem. are you going o resume service or not? i
