Spectranet — Billing even after disconnection of the services

The request to disconnect spectranet service from my home at 302 kanungo apartments has been submitted wide sr[protected] dt june 19, 2017 and accepted much before the billing cycle of june 23, 2017.

Why i am still receiving billing invoices and reminders to pay the bill?

Kindly explain asap otherwise this will be reported on all social media and the complaint will be sent to the consumer forum for mental harassment against spectranet company.

Kindly treat this warning seriously and take immediate action.
