2 months i am struggling to get a refund of my own money. Have raised multiple complaints through phone and mails but they are dragging their feet with excuses and excuses. I even reached out to their escalation ladder but they are also not responding with any resolution.
Who else i can complaint to in this case. Any way to reach out to govt regulators. Only way i can think of is going to consumer court. Please suggest
