Spectranet — Connection is down more than 4 days

Broadband not working I am from Bangalore, I have been a spectranet broadband customer for 1+ year now. The Internet Service is highly un-reliable. There are frequent breakdowns and whenever there is a breakdown of service, the customer support is not reachable. This has happened to me multiple times. Every now and then, the Internet is not working and when I try to call them I get an automated message "We are always there to help you." I had filed a complaint on 20.3.2015 with the ticket no: [protected] and I was told by the customer care Executive that the complaint will be attended to within 8 hours of lodging of the complaint. every day I had to remind their customer care executives and its more that 5 days now and no body turned up. Highly disappointing service. Such stupid and unprofessional behavior has disappointed me!!! I believe that spectranet should be taken to court for not delivering on the promises they make.
