Spectranet — Internet connection to be shifted to a new address: No response for 15 days | |||||
I am a Spectranet home internet customer. I have recently (15 days ago) shifted to a new apartment(21st Feb). The new apartment is right below the earlier one. For starters i have been calling their Customer care service daily for hours n hours and nobody picked for a week. When they finally did they raised a service request(29th Feb), and said it will take 5 working days. It has been more than 7 working days now, and when we call again they say that our work will be done on priority, and within 24hrs. It has been 2 days since that call. There is a complete lack of commitment and honoring that commitment. I have paid Rs 1000 for the Service request to be done, which in itself is a lot of money. As we have to pay spectranet for the whole quarter upfront, we cannot cancel the subscription now, as it has only been one month. When will our internet be shifted ? Who will pay for the 15 days of prepaid internet that we have not been able to use ? This is not only a matter of poor service but now it becomes a case of cheating. And to top it all off, when i go to my spectranet account page, i see internet usage of more than 250MB everyday, even though i have no internet. This company is a complete fraud.
