Spectranet — Internet is not working | |||||
My internet connection was down for last 1 month ( from 13th Mar'16). Customer Account Number (CAN): [protected]BANG-037959 Contact number : [protected] Intially I tried to contact through the Chat support and raised my issue. No respone received.Since I was out of station I was not able to check the internet status. On 1st Apr'16, when I came back I understood that my internet connection is still down.I raised an SR with customer care on 2th Apr'16. SR#[protected]. Till today nobody visited or contact me for to rectify the issue.While contacted customer care couple of days before, they conveyed that this SR is closed. I have paid advance amount of around Rs.2630.00 as I got confirmation from customer care agent that the issue due to bill payment and will be resolved immedately after payment.Everytime call center agent is promising to give a call back in 24hrs and its amost 20days now. Last 2 weeks I am trying to get support from technical staff in spectranet and not understanding while they are not willing to close the issue. i have been calling the customer care for almost 20 times
nobody helps
they are threatening me not to refund my fee ( Rs 3950)
