Spectranet — Internet not working

My internet is not working for the past 6days. I am making a call to the customer support everyday, but the only response i get is that they will resolve the issue in next 8 hours.But no action is being taken. they are promising that engineer will come at your home in 8 hours but no one comes despite repeated reminders.My internet plan is approx Rs900 per month. Since spectranet is not listening to my complaint, i take it as a fraud made by the company by not providing the service( internet) and not responsing to the complaint made everyday.
