Spectranet — Net Not working for more than 9 days

Hello, I have been a spectranet broadband customer. But my net connection stopped working on 28th April and i have been calling customer care daily since then sometimes more than once a day. Its been more than 9 days and they have not been able to resolve the issue. I had asked for disconnection of the service due to such poor responses, but i have not heard back from them yet.
