Spectranet — no refund of security deposit | |||||
I had deposited refundable security deposit amount of rs. 2500/- to spectranet broad band (Now spectra) in october, 2017 for the router which was supposed to be refunded once the router is recovered from the customer. I relocated from bangalore, and went for disconnection of my broadband connection (Account id - 034169) on 7th july, 2018; and also raised a request for recovery of router and process my refund of security deposit. Inspite of multiple multiple reminders, phonecalls, and e-mails; there has been absolutely no action taken by spectra for router recovery and process of refund. There is not even triggering of any process from their end. Before leaving bangalore i had called up spectra almost 10 times and asked them to recover the router, so that refund can be initiated. But they never contacted to collect. Now, also i had left the device with my neighbour friends, but still no action from spectra even with numerous complaints and reminders. Request if you can raise this to the concerned authorities, and get my refund back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
