Spectranet — Not providing proper bill | |||
As per spectranet to avail all plans you need to take the yearly or half yearly subscription. Otherwise you will get less speed and less download limit for the same plan. My problem is that when they take the yearly plan, they are not providing the proper bill. The bill displays the amount as Zero. Which is of no use as someone cannot produce it for reimbursement. Instead they can provide the bill amount as actual bill amount and balance in your account. Asking spectranet to change their billing system. Was this information helpful? | |||
