[Resolved] Spectranet — redundant bill amount not refunded

I made online payment of 1403 on 22 May which failed due to system failure but amount was deducted from my account, PFA statement. Later I was promised by Roshni Negi (customer care agent) that payment will be reverted to me within 5 working days. And was asked to make payment again which I did on 27 May.
I was given request/ complain number [protected] to track further status. Now calling customer care service agent Neha refuses to accept request number tracking and emphasize that I should wait as problem will be resolved automatically.
I don't understand how come ETA to resolve problem has not been handled properly and service agents are incapable to track it as well.
I am very disappointed in their service and it's too much hassle for technical problems in their system. Even paying each month on time I get such an awful service.
