I shifted to a new house in march and informed spectra to terminate my connection as spectra was not providing services at the new society.

I cleared all my bills and deposited my equipment back soon after making formal request, but i have not received my security deposit of 4 thousand back yet even after making atleast 50 follow-up calls to specta.
Everytime i am promised that my complaint will be resolved in next 4 working days but nothing has happened till now. Was this information helpful? |
