Spectranet — Services are not cancelled

Hello All, I sent an email to [protected]@spectranet.in for cancellation of services for account number[protected]PUNE-014502 but after sending email from registered number still they have not disconnected services and generated new bill . Right now i am in abroad so my registered mobile is not working and I shared my frds number to collect their belonging still they are not responding .When I had discussion to customer care on live chat than they suggested to send email from registered email id for cancellation of services but other side when calling on customer care than they suggeting to call only from registerd number. Very irresponsible services . Please find email conversation in attached files. Please cancel services immediate .I will not pay any kind of bills anymore as I followed all the setps given by customercare
