My connection was blocked and and security deposit was deducted.
31st oct morning - i call in the customer support where the supervisor informs me that the connection will continue by noon
4pm same day - i call the support again the executive tells me that the connection will be unblocked in 2 hours
7pm same day - supervisor mr. Mohit in very rude and unprofessional way informs me that i have to go for a new connection.
2months back i was out of town where i informed the team to block my connection, but i come back to re-activate my account and the team asks me to go for a new connection as the old account cannot be re-activated.
I wasted my entire day waiting for an update, but the end of the day i'm disappointed Was this information helpful? |
