Spectranet — Wifi Connection Not fixed even after 10 days

Hi, I opted for spectranet wifi connection on 8/2/2015. According to them they had to give the connection within three days. But because of reasons unknown, they haven't given the connections till today i.e. 18/02/2015. I am tired of calling the customer care people as they keep delaying it. Plus, they do not respond to the calls and have even kept my call on hold of 40mins(Customer care executive name: Abhishek, Number:[protected]). I have already paid a three months advance(Rs 4200/-) to the salesman via credit card. Now they are neither refunding the money nor setting up the connection. I have called the customer care for more than 10 times but the issue has not been resolved. This is the worst experience I have ever had.
