Spectranet — Wifi not working

Hi, More almost 10 days our spectranet wi-fi is not working.My ustomer Account Number (CAN) is[protected]PUNE-004479.Every time the customer care number comes busy.Dropped them a mail.They replied that they are working on it.Even after repetative mails no update till date.
