[Resolved] Spectranet — Worst service providers | |||
When I say worst I mean it. Here is how it goes. I asked for a new connection and the spectranet guys said that they will make the connection in 2 days. I made an advance payment of 3 months. After 2 days when connection was not made. I called them up and they said it will done by evening 4 o clock. When I called at 5 then he said it will be done by 6. this way they dragged till 8 o clock. At 8 o clock they said it will be next day. next day same thing started again. And next day when I became aggressive then they messaged that they will not do the connection and I can lodge a ticket to get my money back. They made me buy a new Wifi device. Now I am stuck. They have 3 months advance which I don't know whether I will get back or not. Now coming to the behavior of the employees. This person named Santosh talked in such a way as if he is doing a favor to me. When I called his manager (Surya) he talked in a similar manner. He started explaining me how their company works and started shouting that I should behave professionally and should not be angry. Really a bad experience.
