[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — After sales Service | |||
sir/ madam I have ordered a product from homeshop18.com Order No.[protected] & Sub Order No.[protected] of Item Spice Dual Core Android Phablet - Mi-502n White having EAN No.[protected] billled by Tarash Overseas Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad, Haryana on 15/10/2013 & received on 24/10/2013. After using the phone, I find some camera quality problem & I have submitted to the service centre (ASC Zunaira Televentures, Rampur (U.P.)) but no changes in my camera quality which they done. I complaint & mail about the problem but no solution of my problem has done. After that i use my phones as it is but a month ago there will a problem in charging jack & a camera Flash of my phone, i go through the service centre(ASC Zunaira Televentures, Rampur (U.P.)) they said that they do not have charging jack this time so come after 10 days and they solved both problems. I go after 10 days then they said for more 3 days. After that i can't go after 3 days for some problems & go today(08/08/2014) & In those days, there have been some small broken at the bottom left corner of the upper glass of screen (which is work as usual they work & cannot affect any of the parts of the phones) bcoz of that they can't accept my phone in warranty for my problems(which is not affected by anytype through those small broken) & said repaired by payment basis. I said that solve problem of my jack & flash which is not a part of screen but they can't received my phone in warranty. So, its my humble request to you to solve my problems & said to ur service centre to accept my phone & solve Flash & charging jack Problem . Pls do as Soon as I can very harrash with this phone & the services after buying . On 4th of May 2015 I gave my phone at Jammu SKYLINE service center, they told me there is some dead shot in phone and will send it to spice directly. At that point I told them there is battery issue as well. I guy sitting there said I am from Spice and I get the battery changed when my is repaired and comes back. I said OK.
On 20th of May 2015 I got my phone but I could't check it whether it is working or nor and still till date I don't know whether phone is working or not.Because battery of my phone was inflated and SkyLine Service center does't have spare battery to check it.
The very same time On 20th of May 2015 I booked a ticket at Cust. care of spice for Battery. I was told, I will be getting my battery within next 4-5 days but I have to pay for the battery as it is not covered in warranty as it is inflated due to dam reasons (Over charging balla balla), I said OK, these were the words by their Cust. Executive. But nothing really moved and after 15 days I called up again and I was told I have to go to local Spice Service center personally for booking the ticket. On 9th of June 2015 I placed a request for battery at ( ASC Mobile Link ) Spice Service Center Jammu. Under Sr.No:09101637F60072. Today I made a call to Cust.care of Spice to know why is it taking so long to get battery and I am surprised to know these people are saying Sir you will be getting your battery by 20th of July 2015.
where in already almost 2 have gone when request for battery is made. Spice is fooling people and not providing service for which they get business.After sales service is pathetic and I would say Spice cheated me on provide service.
