[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — I'm complaining about their pathetic , worst , poorest and the most terrible service.

Dear poorest company Spice, what is phone's status now ? Is it dispatched for the service center or not ? You call yourself a company, which can't even repair a phone's jack. I have made a very very big mistake that I have bought a spice product. I have written so many mails, did so many calls to customer care but still you are not sending my phone even if it is replaced as you claim. Is there any gold or diamond fitted in my phone that you guys are so much obssessed with my phone and not giving it to me ? Still now I have not written anything about your company on social media but now you have forced me to do so, and Im writing my terrible and most pathetic and worse experience with you on the social platform to aware people to not to buy any SPICE product ever. Updated by Samvid Ummat I have been without my phone from 3 months. It is STRONGLY recommended to everyone to not to buy any of the SPICE products. If you do so then be ready to face the terrible and worst service from them. What you can expect from a company which can't even repair a phone's jack ? After they have failed in repairing a jack and they've said to me that your phone has been replaced and will be delievered to the service center shortly. It is more than two weeks since they have said this to me and I haven't received my phones because it is not delievered to the service center. The reason they told me yesterday that they found a fault in the replaced one so it is sent to again to our so called 'advanced lab' and said me to wait again for 7 days and your phone will be delievered within a week. I'm waiting...Spice. Don't force me to file a complaint against you at the police station. And you know that social media have become the biggest plattform, so im using this to realise your mistake to you. I will go to every forum against you if I'll not get my phone in a given time.
