Spice Mobiles — No services even in warranty period

On 4th jan.. I purchased spice M525 from homeshop18 . after 1 month its audio jack stopped working, bluetooth not working properly, heats up very quickly and there were charging problems.. Since my work depends on phone, i couldn't give it for repair at that time. Around 20th march..i contacted homeshop18 for help. They gave me address for service center. But when i reached there people said it no longer exists. I again contacted homeshop18, operators there were not polite. They told me to contact Spice but no one picked up the phone.I then called their head office and some lady talked to me rudely and forwarded my call to their customer care and again no one picked up. After that my charger stopped working.. I couldnot find any service center in "mumbai".. What should i do? akriti.[protected]@gmail.com
