[Resolved]  Srilankan Airlines — Officers were unable to respond to help.

I bought the tickets on 2 May and it was cancelled and changed to 3 May by Sri Lanka airline, I tried to change date but I had to pay fee and I explained I didn't cancel flight but the airline cancelled for me why I had to pay fee, however they still told me to pay fee if I wanted to change date that was a reason for me to cancel flight bc my Visa would be finished on 2 May, so 17 March I sent my refund request and got replied email. When the time had passed, I tried to follow the process many times until 25 May I sent email and asked to change my refund to new tickets but the staff said it was in procession. Again 2 Jun I sent my request email and I got replied email to wait the process for 25 working days (after I already waited more than 2 months). Today, 7 Jun, I tried to contact by phone in order to ask for changing refund as New Tickets because I want that amount money to buy new tickets on 1 July and the staff only said to wait the process, how can I wait... wait for high ticket price???? My question is why they couldn't help me to change the tickets because it means they no need to return money to me and can get some money from adding new tickets. In this period they should think how can do the benefit for company. I know everything should wait to process but why they select to promise return refund (that I don't know can they do that) more than keep on take care customer.
