Srilankan Airlines — Refund for damaging my suitcase

I am writing this email with regards to the damage caused to my "Skybags" suitcase. I have travelled from Mumbai to Jakarta via Colombo on 4th Jan 2026 from Srilankan Airlines. Below are my flight details.

Request to please help me with a refund of IDR 2.500.000 from Sri Lankan Airlines. I have emailed them with all the required details multiple times but there is not response from them.
