SRS Travels — extra charges for luggage | |||
I booked ticket on oct 30, 19 from chennai to madurai and i was carrying extra luggage, they kept three of my bags in bus storage area and asked me to keep my backpack and duffel bag in my sleeper seat and the driver person asked me rs 30 for luggage when i get down. I paid rs 809 for this whole journey yet i’m asked extra without any proper bill. Kindly check this issue. Very worst service they provide.
