I had booked ticket in srs travels on 30th june from bangalore to ichalkaranji with good consideration of reaching by 8 am as schedule. After belgaum it stopped 9 places on highway to pick local passengers wasting precious time of ours. Its ridiculous to run as local bus after talking such high amount. It took 3.5 hours for 100 kms. I need claim for my loss of business 2hich was scheduled at 10 am.
Time is precious.. If it would be due to rains or unavoidable circumstances i would have no reason to complain but just for some money making from local passengers no travels have rights to waste time of passengers traveling from long and paying huge amount. I need my refund of ticket and claim of 10000₹ for my loss of prescheduled business
