Hi Team,
I am writing this email to bring you to notice the experience we had during our recent SRS bus journey.
We had a total of 23 seats booked on 1st dec from Shirdi to Bangalore. The timing of the Bus was at 05:30PM from Shirdi.
We had Wedding function in Nashik and it was raining the entire day on 1st dec, before booking the ticket we got confirmation from SRS travels that they can wait for us until 6PM as we booked the tickets in huge numbers.
So on the 1st dec, we were running late and requested the Driver to wait until 6PM. But the Driver and Shirdi srs office people did not listen and they left Shirdi by 5:28PM and they asked us to come to Rahuri.
We again diverted the route and headed towards Rahuri, again from there the Bus driver did not wait and asked us to come to Dhabha near Ahmednagar.
We had a private mini bus with us which we struggled to reach the Dhabha and finally we boarded the SRS Bus.
We had booked more than half of the Bus for Wedding function and trusted you guys, but the way our guests(Senior citizens & Childrens) struggled was really disappointing.
Problems faced:
1. There was almost Zero co-operation from SRS office staff and Driver.
2. Bus AC was not working even though it was an AC bus
3. Our luggage bags got totally wet and soiled our all costly dresses. Attached the images.
4. We had to pay more money for our minibus as we couldn't board the Bus from Shirdi.

I would definitely like to escalate this issue to the higher management of SRS travels and request for the RefundCompensation of the losses we had during the entire journey.
I have mailed above matter multiple times to srs, but haven't received any response
