My I am regular customer of SRS Value Bazar and resident of Paramount Symphony Crossing Republic I have purchased my monthly grossery and I have a SRS Value Club card vide no. [protected] and every time of purchase billing person take my mobile no. and promise to update the bill amount in my card which has not been updated by him. On 07.05.2015 I have made purchase of Rs.4424/- vide Memo no. 17/00056104 again the same has been told me but I insist to update my card but he did update by 424/- instead of 4424/- and I also complaint to Mr. Chander Prakash having M. No. [protected] & he also made the same statement that your card will be updated soon. I could not understand why are you issue SRS VALUE CLUB CARD when company is not in position maintained the all this arrangement. Is the Big company like SRS Value is also now making fool to their customer by issuing this type of card which has no meaning.
