St Courier — complaint | |||
I sent a courier for my uncle in hosur on 20th from my st courier which reached the service centre, hosur on 21st itself. But it was delivered on 24th evening around 5.30pm. The purpose i sent was that it was full of eatables for krishna jayanthi for his family. But the purpose was not fulfilled. The highlight in this is, that after a long struggle of about 5 hours from various centres of st couriers, i got a number of hosur person and called and asked him for clarification, got the answer that there is no person to deliver the consignment. Why could he not called the consignee number which was given in the to address and ask him to pick it up. After delivery when my uncle opened it in front of the delivery person it was full of ants, cockroaches and insects. How to consume that eatables? Is this the way you act to a complaint? Are you doing social service? You are charging for the consignment na? Now i incurred a loss of rs. 5000/-. Now who is responsible for this and who will refund the loss amt?
