St Courier — Consignment seems not yet delivered

ST Courier, 199 Hariyan St, C Pallavaram Chennai 600043.

I sent a consignment no [protected] on may14 from Coimbatore to Madurai. Address Additional controller, Madurai Kamaraj University DDE. Madurai .
Even today June 1 seems it is in transit mode.
ST Courier website says its in transit.
It is very time sensitive package . Delayed delivery will cause rejection by the university.
please solve the issue immediately.
