I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a very unpleasant experience I had with your delivery service.
My brother sent a courier from Madurai on Wednesday night and was informed it would be delivered in Bangalore by Saturday. Based on that, I went to work on Thursday assuming the delivery would not arrive before the weekend.
However, the delivery person attempted to deliver the parcel on Thursday itself without any prior intimation. When he called, I informed him that I was not at home and that a prior call would have helped me make alternate arrangements or provide my office address.
To my surprise, the delivery person started shouting at me on the phone and abruptly ended the call. I tried calling him back multiple times, but he refused to answer. Since Friday was a holiday, I called again on Saturday morning. He did not pick up initially, and when he finally did, I offered to send the exact location and address via WhatsApp for smooth delivery.
Despite this, he called again and spoke very rudely, using inappropriate language and hung up the call. I find this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
