Hi My passport has been dispatched from Chennai to Bangalore. Its shows delivered on 29th of Jan but on 28th afternoon i have travelled to Singapore. no one is there is my home.

First of all from ST couriers lying that they delivered in person because no one was in home. again they confirmed my phone number mentioned as [protected] which was wrong. i raised complain with ST courier team one person contacted me and informed me that he delivered in person and he got sign from him also. i am not sure to whom he handed over. secondly again when i follow up the same person told me that he called vikram and he asked to keep near the door. i am really shocked that i have not given vikram's number and we were in Malaysia so obviously no network. thirdly, Praveen who is a ST person he threatened me and shouted that give me vikram s number i will check the record and confirm if he called or not. why we should give the number. on 29th jan they themself can check call history and confirm with my number, right? Finally i asked for Proof of Delivery Bangalore office people saying that it sent to Chennai office. if i call Chennai people they are saying they don't have it
the important thing is that its a passport high chance of getting misused. i keep following up with ST courier but no use. they are asking for video record in my home there is no cctv installed where i can go for proof. now the high light is that i missed passport and blaming them it seems. I am not mad. I need some info where the passport is. i truly trust you and registering complaint. kindly do take actions please.
