St Courier — Need ST Courier to pay compensation for the loss of my product or delay

Courier is not delayed for about 4 days now.
Usual delivery time for Virudhunagar to Chennai is 1 day or max 2 days.

This package has good food items for the baby. Now it is going to get spoilt.

When called customer care, they are giving lame reasons like the weight is less, so delivery van has not picked up or any other random reasons at each phone call.

Request ST courier to arrange a call back with high priority and pay up a compensation for the same.
