Sir, my booking number is [protected] on 24/12/21...But till date I don't get my parcel..Many time I call Nagercoil ST courier branch...Teu did not reply proberly...My company run with single address in last 18 years, and I get many parcel through st courier in past times. But this time I am not satisfy in your service...please take action immediately.

3rd dec 2021 Tirupathur(635601) [protected] Delivery person contacted me and confirmed my home address and he was right outside my gate and reluctant to knock the gate since he dint want to get out his bike and because i didnt attend his call that time he didnt deliver the parcel.when i asked about this he was very rude

My fiancee she's working in episource Chennai. For diwali 2021 her company sent gifts(smart watch) through ST courier but during the process they lost or somebody stolen the parcel. They called her through mobile from sankarapuram ST courier office and they said that they received her parcel on 22nd Nov. They said that they will sent her parcel to nearest ST Courier office which is in pagandai x road. But when i asked to them they said that they haven't received any parcel from sankarapuram. Again we called to sankarapuram office to enquire about courier. But they don't have any reasonable excuses and they said will check on their side and do we have any shipper code for parcel which don't have. Still after many days there's no response from them.

I ordered some decorations items from coimbatore, TN. They send it on ST Courier (Natham), and i lived in sendurai which is located 26 km away from the st courier natham office. I had a call on today morning from the concern courier services, they told me to pick up the parcel. i have no relatives in natham to pickup the courier. if the courier services are not able to deliver my product at my town, why they are accepting my parcel. This is not the first time this has happened many times. so please take the issue and sort ASAP

i am a hardware technician. weekly thrice i have a querier for my home address. but that side querier office no proper delivery for my address. i ask that querior man but not response answer given. at the same time i ask querior office that querior office also not given proper response for me. for anytime i going to receive the querior and then use it . querior man parcel delivery not giving in my hand.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the packet with reference number [protected] on Sep 15, 2019 at your ST Courier, Dharmapuri Branch . And your staff member assured to deliver the packet within three days, but failed to fulfill his promise.

Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time.

If the product is not available to the specific location 604403 (Kilkodungalore) why they accept it.? Or they might even call to the mobile no which given along with address. I should have come and collected. it just 15 min travel distance where it got returned as a no service (604408 - Vandavasi)

Are you really joking by sending here and there ? I am ready to collect the product at Vandavasi - 604408. Kindly let me know what you can do about the courier package which got returned without any proper intimation.

Why they accepted at pick up if it is not deliverable - service not available. or what so ever. ?

Thia is Thalavai Maharajan From Panagudi .. this is regarding to complaint about delay delivery .. my certificate was ther in last 2-3 days in our. Vallioor branch .. still now did not received my certificate. Why are you person doing like this nonsense doing ..

I have sent a courier on 25/10/2021 from Tirupur to erode. The receiver and myself haven't got any calls from the st courier delivery person. They returned the courier back to Tirupur. But till now we haven't got the returned courier from booking office. They are not responding us properly. Even i talked to Tirupur hub manager also. No response from their side.

Product not delivered for 2days
My courier reached Virudhachalam on 17.11.2021 at 1 pm. Just From courier office it's just 3 km to my residence.but till now the courier was not delivered... Pls give good service...

Status of AWB No. [protected]
For the past 2 days in website they mentioned Out for delivery but still now i didnt even the product nor response from the manager whom i called the number which is mentioned in AWB history. This is not fair, everyday scanning the product for out for delivery and delivering it to them atleast there must be some information given to them.

And moreover the rains started just yesterday night but the product was scanned between 12pm to 1pm on both days. then why the people are not delivering.

My product is on hold at thiruchy hub for more than 11 days. Whenever I am calling they are saying will deliver tha product today.. But still I didn't get.. They are telling always stories.. It's been very very long time.. Please take necessary action

Dear Officer,
I had booked the above courier parcel on November 2, 2021 fully paid and was promised delivery on the next day November 03, 2021.
My parcel contained perishable azola seeds and is still missing. The courier officer at Tenkasi and Tirunelveli have failed to provide any
Firm details and are shying away from their responsibility.

They kept on assuring that our product will get delivered soon within 3rd of November but they dragged it to 5th November saying they'll give it soon to our customer. and we had to depend on you guys to get it delivered but the people who came to collect kept on assuring but they never got it delivered, and when enquired about this, that courier person was too rude and he started adding another person in conference and both started yelling at each other and started creating drama which annoyed me even more. This is very worst customer service from you guys and I even said I'll get the product back and they still didn't give it back to us. And from Adyar to Pallavaram you guys taking 7 days seriously? I should never have come to ST couriers since I've seen now that you are the worst courier service I've ever been to.
