ST Courier Complaints & Reviews

Hello sir
I have sent a courier on 25/10/2021 from Tirupur to erode. The receiver and myself haven't got any calls from the st courier delivery person. They returned the courier back to Tirupur. But till now we haven't got the returned courier from booking office. They are not responding us properly. Even i talked to Tirupur hub manager also. No response from their side.

Product not delivered for 2days
My courier reached Virudhachalam on 17.11.2021 at 1 pm. Just From courier office it's just 3 km to my residence.but till now the courier was not delivered... Pls give good service...

For the past 2 days in website they mentioned Out for delivery but still now i didnt even the product nor response from the manager whom i called the number which is mentioned in AWB history. This is not fair, everyday scanning the product for out for delivery and delivering it to them atleast there must be some information given to them.

And moreover the rains started just yesterday night but the product was scanned between 12pm to 1pm on both days. then why the people are not delivering.

I had couriered documents two weeks ago, the package not delivered and returned and losted by st couriers worst delivery service and worst customer service

My product is on hold at thiruchy hub for more than 11 days. Whenever I am calling they are saying will deliver tha product today.. But still I didn't get.. They are telling always stories.. It's been very very long time.. Please take necessary action

Dear Officer,
I had booked the above courier parcel on November 2, 2021 fully paid and was promised delivery on the next day November 03, 2021.
My parcel contained perishable azola seeds and is still missing. The courier officer at Tenkasi and Tirunelveli have failed to provide any
Firm details and are shying away from their responsibility.
Kindly look in to the details and arrange to compensate me for the grave loss.

They kept on assuring that our product will get delivered soon within 3rd of November but they dragged it to 5th November saying they'll give it soon to our customer. and we had to depend on you guys to get it delivered but the people who came to collect kept on assuring but they never got it delivered, and when enquired about this, that courier person was too rude and he started adding another person in conference and both started yelling at each other and started creating drama which annoyed me even more. This is very worst customer service from you guys and I even said I'll get the product back and they still didn't give it back to us. And from Adyar to Pallavaram you guys taking 7 days seriously? I should never have come to ST couriers since I've seen now that you are the worst courier service I've ever been to. The product was out of delivery from yesterday and the courier person said he will deliver Today... He is not attending my call. Oru products are organic and it will get spoiled very soon.. the expected delivery date was yesterday. The consignment number is [protected]. The delivery person number is [protected]. While taking the order they said product will be delivered in a day. But they did not deliver today and it's already 7 pm today.

My courier not delivered but shows in website as delivered and courier boy tells as system issue

I never faced this kind of challenge in any Courier service. This is my first interaction with them, very worst and bad experience. I have sent courier to Bangalore (Metropolitan City), but without any intimation both receiver and sender, they returned my courier, they don't have no service respective location (Bangalore). ST Courier office (ENNORE, TN( [protected]) not informed me, service not available in respective location. Now, they returned our parcel and not return paid amount for courier. They said, You should be satisfy at least you get your courier, if loss what you will do. I never heard this kind of threaten any courier service.

sir iam from thanjavur. St courier thanjavur division is very very worst. Iam not receive my parcel last 3days. Sir (vellore to thanjavur ) delevary panna 3 days aagumma . Call panni veanum na vanthu yeduthukonga nu solluranga .Yennakku innaiku delivary venum sir. Thank you

Am Visagan from Tamilnadu Theni district Periyakulam taluk.For 2 years I only have been collecting couriers from periyakulam st courier office.Up and down from my address to periyakulam office is 5 kilometers.No delivery has been done by your people so far. The 2 staffs at the office are simply calling me and insisting me to collect couriers from 2020 february till date. Then what for you people are charging for door step delivery. Your service is the worst I have ever seen. Is it my duty to go and collect everytime.Take proper action regarding this and resolve the issue as early as possible. The one among the two staffs is providing the other person's number so that she could escape from this complaint.Do the needful.Today also I only collected the courier now. Hlo sir / Madam...

I'm here to complaint about your worstt customer service. I have ordered a product from a reseller. Today one person called me @ night 8.30pm and told Mam you have received a parcel. His speech was like little bit Kindling. I'm ok with this but I want to know one thing... Night 8.30 is the proper time to call a female customer? After this incident I felt very much unsecured.

I send my cargo from jubail branch (ksa) at 31/10/2020 but until now I didn't receive my consignment in my home country (tamilnadu).nearly ONE YEAR completed, I call & visit several time but no use. please solve this issue. My HWB No-L03299723
