Dear sir/mam,
My name is vignesh. I am about to receive courier from madurai yesterday which was actually sent on 19.12.2023. But i have not received the courier yet. I have attached the consignment copy over below. Actually i have received a call from agent yesterday morning 20.12.2023 and enquired about the location though it was already written in courier. After asking about the location he asked me to come and collect the courier in the office. When i asked the reason he not responded and told that he will bring the courier in the evening. But till now 21.12.2023 he didn't bring the courier or even not called me again. Hence today evening at around 18.13 i called the ph no and asked about the courier delivery. Some one picked and i told them the same as above who in deed without taking steps to deliver the courier for which i have paid necessary fee charged giving me in appropriate and unresponsive answers which is spoiling name st courier. Finally he shouted the other person over phone to deliver the product immediately without giving appropriate/responsible reply to me and disconnected the call. I have been waiting for recieving the courier but till now i have not received it. This is not the first time that st courier manamadurai is responding like this, each and every time it was like that they are asking us to come and collect without delivery the parcel. I am getting all kind of parcels, courier through various other courier companies without any issues but in case of st courier i have not been received the same without any delay. Each time they are enquired the address from courier office without trying to deliver it. Hence i request you to kindly take stern action against the concerned and spoiling st courier name otherwise i don't have any other option than legal action for the loss damages and cost to the loss/damages to safeguard consumer interest. Kindly take immediate steps to deliver the courier and responsible apology from the concerned for the delay happened from your side.

Till now, we have not received the cover .
When enquired, naither your Aruppukottai, Pudur or Nagalapuram teams are able to find the cover.More than this the Nagalapuram person Mr.Thangavel never attends the call and we have called him more than 10 times.When called from other number and tole about his not attending the call, he is telling that "why should I attend your call, have I borrowed money from you"
This is the way they treat a customer who is in search of the parcel.
Tell him not to speak like this to customers.
