the parcel didn't deliver yet but shows in the tracking as it is delivered.
I am trying to reach to the contact no. manjanna.. he is not reponding.

எங்களுக்கு வந்த கொரியரை சரியான நேரத்தில் பெரியகுளம் பிரான்சில் உள்ள எஸ்டி கொரியர் அவருடைய ஏஜென்ட் அவர்கள் எங்களுக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ள அட்ரஸில் சரியான முறையில் கொடுக்க வருவதில்லை மாறாக அவர் எங்களை இந்த ஊரில் உள்ளது வந்து நீங்கள் பெற்றுக் கொள்ளுங்கள் நாங்கள் உங்க ஊருக்கு எங்களுக்கு சப்ளை இல்லை என்று சொல்கிறார்கள் இதனால் எஸ்டி கொரியருக்கு எஸ்டி கொரியர் நிறுவனத்திற்கும் பெரிய ஒரு அவமானமாக இருக்கிறது எங்கள் ஊர் குள்ளப்புரம் குழப்புறத்திற்கு நாங்கள் வரமாட்டோம் எனச் சொல்லுகின்றார்கள் பெரியகுளத்தில் உள்ள எஸ்டி கொரியர் ஆபீஸில் இருந்து செல்கின்றார்கள் எங்களை வந்து ஜெயமங்கலத்தில் வந்து பெற்றுக் கொள்ளுங்கள் என சொல்கிறார்கள் இதுபோல் பலமுறை உங்கள் நிறுவனத்தில் சொல்வதனால் நான் எஸ் டி கூறுகளை நான் விரும்புவதில்லை தாங்கள் தக்க நடவடிக்கை பெரியகுளத்தில் உள்ள எஸ்டி கொரியர் ஆபீஸ் அவர்களை தொடர்பு கொண்டு தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு அன்புடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்

It's been 2days to deliver inside the city max 18kms shippment. Worst customer care no response wantedly they cut the cal not picking up. These are the customer service ?????

On 13.12.2023 there is a courier send from srivilliputhur to navalur chennai. The Courier have reached navalur Hub on Dec 14, 2023 and the status have been updated as out for delivery in Dec 14 and Dec 15 but they never delivered it this days it doesn't really a big issue . What i found so frustrating is they never picked up the call which they given in official website. I have writing this complaint on 16.12.2023 still they didn't delivered the courier and they never picked up the not even one time. My office will be closed on saturday 16.12.2023 how can i inform them to hold the courier ... worst service

My Courier under tracking # [protected] was booked with urgent documents for Door Delivery service. Shipment was received at Bangalore office since 14-Dec-2023 having some urgent documents. Contacted Bangalore office (Mobile #[protected]. The gentleman regretted that they cannot deliver and if required can collect the courier from their office. After this call, they are not picking the calls. Even tried calling Chennai customer care[protected] several times, but no one is answering the call.
Not sure from where and how to collect the courier.
Please help. Its very urgent.

The parcel was booked from Coimbatore to Chennai, alapakam. But it is stuck at West Mambalam hub and status is changed to undelivered due to misroute. When spoke to West Mambalam hub, there is no proper response and the person speaking rudely.

Hai sir my name is Jeya Kumar and am running business in orathanadu business name is Sri Nandhi Electronics and Furnitures. There are so many parcels will be received via ST Courier every month and also i have a good relationship with ST courier for past 7 years in Ooty location and gudalur location and also in coimbatore but when we compare to those delivery partners this orathanadu is very worst and am getting somany issues in sending and receiving and many times i will go to collect my parcels in hub in orathanadu eventhough am in town 80% i will go for collecting my products but today the awb no is [protected] this was booked yesterday in thanjavur and to deliver today . Today I personally i called him more than 10 times to deliver the product because it is very urgent and also there is no staff today in my showroom to pick the product from hub and he too told that will be delivered in half an hour but he delivered at the time of 5:45pm 14/12/2023. totally I disappointed with this services and also he told that ” why are u booking ST COURIER cant u book in some other parcel services “ and also he spoken more i cannot attach those thinks and all so kindly look into this

Last 2 weeks ago my friend Booked shipment from kanyakumari to mathur branch, I'm tracking AWN it's showing my shipment is delivered, but I can't get physicaly, they lost my shipment, even I'm trying to call them, they're not picking my call

I received the parcel two weeks after payment. Unfortunately, I faced difficulties with the courier company; despite the tracking details indicating delivery, there was no proper response from their personnel. It appeared that the courier person received the delivery personally, which seemed suspicious and potentially fraudulent. When attempting to contact them, their response was highly irresponsible. Only after raising the issue with a police complaint threat did they release the parcel. However, instead of delivering it to my doorstep, I had to personally retrieve it from their shop in Radhapuram, Vikravandi, VILLUPURAM. I urge for necessary actions to be taken to prevent such complications for future customers. Thank you.

எனக்கு வரும் எந்த பார்சல் எதையும் வீட்டில் கொண்டு வந்து தருவது இல்லை, அவர்கள் இடத்திற்கு சென்று வாங்கும் அவல நிலை தொடர்கிறது, உடல் நிலை சரியில்லாத காரணத்தால் சென்று வாங்குவதில் சிரமமும் அலைச்சலும் ஏற்படுகிறது. உடனடியாக இதை சரி செய்து வீட்டுக்கு வந்து பார்சல் கொடுக்கும் படி ஆணையிடுமாறு கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன்

I have received a booking message from st courier and it was from HDFC bank perambalur. But still now the courier was not delivered yet. But they have sended a attempted delivery message and it was not truth. Because they didn't attempting...

I did a courier from ST Courier Chennai dated Nov 30, 2023 and it has reached Krishnagiri on Dec 01, 2023 and showing as "Out of Delivery" for past 4 days.There is no contact number to reach out to them and nobody is responding .It is causing mental agony and torture to us and one parcel has been missed for international travel due to their poor service.

My parcel in courier office itself rat bited and damaged.i didn't collect my parcel. I left in office itself .damaged rat bited one how can I collect....

Product couriered from coimbatore to chennai location in ST courier. But they didn't delivered to customer. They are delaying for their personal reasons. I have tried to raise complaint throught customer care but they didn't resolve my issue. The product cost is 8 k. Even they are not giving the solution.

My parcel sent by store from Coimbatore on 27/11/23 still not delivered but tracking status updated as delivered on 28/11/2023. This is not fair to me and sender..

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a significant issue I encountered with the recent delivery service provided by ST Courier Service.

On November 17, 2023, I sent a parcel containing milk kova from Srivilliputhur to Coimbatore via your courier service. Unfortunately, despite the expected delivery date passing, the parcel was not received by the intended recipient. Upon visiting the nearby ST Courier office on November 22, 2023, I was informed that the milk kova had expired and was disposed of in the dustbin by your staff, without any proper notification or communication.

Furthermore, despite assurances from your staff that the refund for this mishandled parcel would be processed promptly, to date, I have not received any reimbursement. My attempts to contact your office via phone calls have been unsuccessful, as there has been no response or acknowledgment from your end.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and responsibility demonstrated by ST Courier Service in handling this matter. As a customer, I expect a certain standard of service and accountability, both of which were severely lacking in this instance.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I expect a full refund for the mishandled parcel in accordance with the assurances provided by your staff. Additionally, I urge you to review your procedures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future and to ensure better customer service.

Please acknowledge the receipt of this complaint at your earliest convenience and provide an update on the status of the refund process.

I sincerely hope for a swift resolution to this matter.

Every Time Its Happing with Navalur OMR Brach ST Courier office i dont why they are not properly Delivering the consignment

[protected] this particular courier is missing and there is no any updates from Sankarankovil hub.I need proper explanation and proper update regarding my courier, why it is not delivered to concern person still now.Also they charge delivery fees and they don't deliver it in that particular place and asking customers to come and collect it from the hub.why can't they deliver it? I'm extremely disappointed with this ST courier service.

Out o[censored]tmost frustration writing this. Never ever seen such a pathetic courier service. My parcel AWB [protected] was supposed to get delivered yesterday but it has not and now it's going taken back to Chengalpattu. I've been trying to reach the numbers specified on the website where 3 numbers are switched off and the other 2 numbers are incorrect. What kind of a customer service is being rendered here.

If the numbers are switched off and is no longer for use why is it being updated on the system. Do customers look like fools ??

When you'll have any doubt in the address we are giving customer contact number to call and verify even that is not being done.

I even tried to cal the landline number[protected] even then no response. As such already the parcel is showing as undelivered- will ST courier take the responsibility for paying me the value of the parcel ??

Poor service to the core.
