I have sent my mac laptop through my courier yesterday eve. When I was sending it there was no breakage but during the delivery at Bangalore it got broken.

I order for some sarees in which count of 2 sarees where missing ...my consignment no is [protected]..date s 23/12/23
Also the delivered package seems to be tampered...

The delivery guys is not delivering the parcel to door step always asking us to collect from office or nearby place, hope we are paying to deliver to door step.

After asking about the location he asked me to come and collect...

I have send a parcel from Coimbatore to bangalore on dec 7th 2023, i havent received the package till date. Now they are claiming that the address is not servicable, if that is the case why did they accept the package in first place. now they are not ready to deliver the package.

It's been 2days to deliver inside the city max 18kms shippment. Worst customer care no response wantedly they cut the cal not picking up. These are the customer service ?????

On 13.12.2023 there is a courier send from srivilliputhur to navalur chennai. The Courier have reached navalur Hub on Dec 14, 2023 and the status have been updated as out for delivery in Dec 14 and Dec 15 but they never delivered it this days it doesn't really a big issue . What i found so frustrating is they never picked up the call which they given in official website. I have writing this complaint on 16.12.2023 still they didn't delivered the courier and they never picked up the not even one time. My office will be closed on saturday 16.12.2023 how can i inform them to hold the courier ... worst service

My Courier under tracking # [protected] was booked with urgent documents for Door Delivery service. Shipment was received at Bangalore office since 14-Dec-2023 having some urgent documents. Contacted Bangalore office (Mobile #[protected]. The gentleman regretted that they cannot deliver and if required can collect the courier from their office. After this call, they are not picking the calls. Even tried calling Chennai customer care[protected] several times, but no one is answering the call.
Not sure from where and how to collect the courier.
Please help. Its very urgent.

The parcel was booked from Coimbatore to Chennai, alapakam. But it is stuck at West Mambalam hub and status is changed to undelivered due to misroute. When spoke to West Mambalam hub, there is no proper response and the person speaking rudely.

Hai sir my name is Jeya Kumar and am running business in orathanadu business name is Sri Nandhi Electronics and Furnitures. There are so many parcels will be received via ST Courier every month and also i have a good relationship with ST courier for past 7 years in Ooty location and gudalur location and also in coimbatore but when we compare to those delivery partners this orathanadu is very worst and am getting somany issues in sending and receiving and many times i will go to collect my parcels in hub in orathanadu eventhough am in town 80% i will go for collecting my products but today the awb no is [protected] this was booked yesterday in thanjavur and to deliver today . Today I personally i called him more than 10 times to deliver the product because it is very urgent and also there is no staff today in my showroom to pick the product from hub and he too told that will be delivered in half an hour but he delivered at the time of 5:45pm 14/12/2023. totally I disappointed with this services and also he told that ” why are u booking ST COURIER cant u book in some other parcel services “ and also he spoken more i cannot attach those thinks and all so kindly look into this

Last 2 weeks ago my friend Booked shipment from kanyakumari to mathur branch, I'm tracking AWN it's showing my shipment is delivered, but I can't get physicaly, they lost my shipment, even I'm trying to call them, they're not picking my call

I received the parcel two weeks after payment. Unfortunately, I faced difficulties with the courier company; despite the tracking details indicating delivery, there was no proper response from their personnel. It appeared that the courier person received the delivery personally, which seemed suspicious and potentially fraudulent. When attempting to contact them, their response was highly irresponsible. Only after raising the issue with a police complaint threat did they release the parcel. However, instead of delivering it to my doorstep, I had to personally retrieve it from their shop in Radhapuram, Vikravandi, VILLUPURAM. I urge for necessary actions to be taken to prevent such complications for future customers. Thank you.

I have received a booking message from st courier and it was from HDFC bank perambalur. But still now the courier was not delivered yet. But they have sended a attempted delivery message and it was not truth. Because they didn't attempting...

I did a courier from ST Courier Chennai dated Nov 30, 2023 and it has reached Krishnagiri on Dec 01, 2023 and showing as "Out of Delivery" for past 4 days.There is no contact number to reach out to them and nobody is responding .It is causing mental agony and torture to us and one parcel has been missed for international travel due to their poor service.

My parcel in courier office itself rat bited and damaged.i didn't collect my parcel. I left in office itself .damaged rat bited one how can I collect....
