St Courier — Not delivered and no proper response

On[protected] couriered from chengam to Bangalore.it has to deliver on 13 or 14, but today[protected] still it's not delivered.Regarding the same i enquired at madiwala hub, they are saying the delivery boy is on leave.since last 3 days he is on leave, can't you guys do any alternative? How you guys are dependent on only one Delivery boy?This is really worst.The response from the madiwala hub lady is too worser and hard.

The worst part is second time i am facing the issue with St Courier. You guys are losing people's trust and name.

Provide immediate response and solution.
