St Courier — out of delivery

I am from uds trivandrum airport, i had received a call from st courier trivandrum kumarapuram branch on 17th april 2019. Actually, i was waiting for my parcel from bangalore. They informed me some 37 boxes of parcel boxes they received for me. As per them, they cannot deliver the parcel to my destination and the eway bill was already submitted by the sender. When i ask them to deliver the items they said they don't have time to deliver the item on 17th, 18th, 19th. And only 20th if they get the time they will deliver the items to our branch office kazhakuttam. But the eway bill was showing domestic airport terminal trivandrum. The behaviour of the st courier staffs are really bad and they don't corporate with us always. This is not the first time, so this is to inform you that from the next time we don't use st courier for our transit
