I have sent parcel to my sister who is staying in mumbai

Parcel contains food items, they charged shipping charge of rs 910

They said at the time of shipping the parcel will deliver between 2 or 3days

But the delivered almost 6days and also parcel was damaged

They are not carefully handled my parcel

Worst service from st courier

I need my money back

Courier booked yesterday in priority to deliver on time today. But so far not delivered. Very much disappointed by this actions since material sent for surprise to be delivered before my arrival to the destination.

This query related to book received from Delhi on 25th February 2020 morning but today 3rd after receiving it and still it not delivered to me.. No proper response also if I try to reach them. Such a worst and pathetic courier service I have ever seen.

There is a courrier that has to reach to me in Bangalore from mumbai.. Its been 5 days not delivered yet. The shipment number is [protected]. Its an important and urgently needed courrier
