I booked a parcel on 30/07/2025 from Ambattur (Chennai) to Uthiramerur, Kaliyampoondi village through ST Courier (Tracking No: [protected]).
The tracking system shows the parcel as delivered, but we never received it. We checked our office and confirmed it was not received.
When we called customer care, they insisted it was delivered. The POD copy shared had a seal and address that does not belong to us.
We filed an official complaint on 04/08/2025, visited their office, but still no action has been taken.
The parcel contains 3 inverter control boards (total system size: 1050kW). We are facing a daily loss of ₹36, 000 in energy generation due to this issue.
This is causing reputation damage and financial loss for our company. ST Courier has been completely irresponsible, non-responsive, and careless.
We demand:
Immediate delivery of the actual parcel
A valid POD proof
Compensation for generation losses
Despite multiple follow-ups to [protected]@stcourier.com, [protected]@stcourier.com, and [protected]@stcourier.com, there has been NO RESPONSE.
