[Resolved]  ST Courier — Service negligence

This is Suresh from RGS Bluemetals, 19/1 Sathupalayam Village, Pappanthoppu, Sholavaram post, Vellore 632113.

Dr. Carter Singh from Thapalpett, Madhavaram, Chennai sent medicine on Saturday to the above address. Today I got a call from French St Courier Vellore,[protected], Tamil Nadu, India. She told I should come and collect the courier from Kaniyambadi or CMC eye hospital Vellore. Sholavaram destination is not able to provide the service. I said I could collect in Sathumadhurai or Pennathur. Both are on the way to Kaniyambadi. She refused, so I told her to return and I would go to Chennai and collect from there.

I need a clarification if the service is not available at that particular location, which means why you accept. If you told before means I send through Indian post office.

Please let me know if this is the right way to treat us. I will convey this to the sender and share this information with you and my social networks. I am really sorry to say this.
