ST Courier — ST courier is not delivering the goods on the delivery address

ST courier is not delivering the goods as per given address.
They are taking the order based on the pin code but at the time of delivery, we have been asked to come to collect to the nearing point which is almost 6 kms from the exact delivery point.
This is not the first time, and I have already informed many times to its delivery partner and ask them to escalate.
I am frustrated as it is happening repeatedly and I may be out of town for twice in a month, it would be hard for my family to collect
So, look into it and revert us back the solution and ensure it should not be repeated
