ST Courier — Urgent: parcel not delivered sent from t. Nagar st courier on 17th june

Dear ST Courier Team,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my parcel (Consignment No: [[protected]]) which I sent from your T. Nagar, Chennai office on 17th June. I was clearly informed that the parcel would be delivered by 19th June morning, but today is 20th June, and it still has not reached the destination.

Worse, when I checked the tracking status, it shows that the parcel is being sent back from Bangalore to Chennai, which is completely unacceptable.

I also collected phone numbers from your T. Nagar office, but none of the staff are answering calls, and no one is helping. The parcel contains very important items, and this delay is causing me a lot of problems.

If I had used Speed Post, the parcel would have been delivered by now. I chose ST Courier trusting your promise of timely service, but this experience is extremely disappointing.

I request:
Immediate clarification on why the parcel is being returned.

Urgent redelivery to the intended destination.

A valid contact number where I can talk to a responsible staff member.

Please take this seriously and resolve the issue as soon as possible. If no action is taken, I will have to escalate this on consumer forums and social media.
